By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Please ensure that you have read, understood, and agreed to our consent form. It outlines the preparations required, potential experiences after the session, and any concerns you may have regarding the session.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
Please note that we have a cancellation and reschedule policy 48-hour before the session start time.
Please know that this is due to therapists commitment to your session, your room being booked, and honoring clients on the waitlist.
For this reason should you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the session start time, 100% of the session fee will be applicable.
For journeys with Ibu Dewi, cancellations or rescheduling made less than one week before the session date will incur a charge of 100% of the session fee, as preparations for transportation and equipment will have already been arranged.
Late Arrival Policy
As most of our treatments and therapies require the full allotted time, please note that late arrivals (15 mins of the start time) will be deemed and marked as No-Show by the client and will be charged 100% of the session fee.
